After graduating SSE Riga in 2004 Tomaš Sinicki has been involved not only in IT industry but in music as well. Currently he is the managing director in Nexum IT Lithuania. His diverse experience provides with credence to share his accumulated knowledge with the future employees.

Roman Heindorff

Roman Heindorff had a very diverse career path and has been working in various fields starting from door-to-door fundraising to front office derivative sales. Now he is developing his own company in the field of collaborative publishing putting all of his previous knowledge at work. He is going to share the lessons learned from building two businessess.

Aare Tammemäe

His banking, real-estate and industry experience stretches back to 1992 when he started working in SIAR-Bossard,specialising in acquisitions. Later he has been making companies such as the Compensation Fund and Nordea profitable. Now he is a senior Partner in Redgate Capital focusing on capital raising and merger and acquisition services. He will provide a real case study on “Valuation and Merger of two Chemical Wholesalers in the Baltic countries”.

Mārtiņš Kālis

Mārtiņš Kālis – one of the dedicated young people of the organization Mission Possible, who chose to become educators to the youth of Latvia. After graduating the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, he went on to study further, and chose mathematics and pedagogics in the University of Latvia. Currently he still is studying for his masters degree, and working in several non-governmental organizations, related to educating and employing the youth. He is one of the members of the board in macibuvideo.lv, and also helps to produce videos about teaching mathematics.

Kristaps Siliņš

Kristaps Siliņš started his career path in Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. He served the Student Association as a President in years 2009-2010 and participated in many various projects while pursuing for his studies. In 2011, after a successful performance in L’Oreal BrandStorm he got acquainted with DDB and soon after was offered a place in SIA DDB Worldwide Latvia as a Strategic Planner, which is his current work place. Having this extensive background knowledge, he is going to talk about career choices and the search for a job that can influence ones life.
