About Lokalise

Lokalise is a profitable, fast-growing SaaS company and one of Latvia’s most successful startups. We are an advanced translation management tool helping tech-savvy corporate customers to localize (translate) their web apps, websites, mobile apps, games, and software in general. In a little less than 2 years, we have established a leading reputation with more than 1,000 companies including Vodafone, Shopify, BAYER, Revolut, and many others. Lokalise’s founding idea was combining all old and new localization-related features with a clean interface at an affordable price.

What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for an SDR / BDR responsible for inbound and written outbound email and in-web texting chat communication with prospects and leads. Not only will you be answering questions and guiding potential customers on the their get-to-know-Lokalise journey, but also decide which route will it be in order to acquire a happy customer. You would be choosing between keeping the communication in emails, in-web texting chat, directing it to a Sales Executive for a video call, or just shutting up if a lead is of that type — whatever, to your best judgement, will increase a chance of a successful sales close without putting it down the customer’s throat. In the process, you would be learning about localization processes and requirements of the leads, and find the best fit between those and the functionality of Lokalise.

Requirements / the ideal candidate:

• Some experience of selling or supporting IT products to both SME and enterprise segment
• Understand the decision making when an SME or an enterprise buys a SaaS service
• Willingness to learn and advance
• Ability to plan and execute
• Keen interest in product/technology altogether
• Fluent written and spoken English
