Customer Service Representative


This is a Full-time position in Rīga posted May 29.

Infogram is a data visualization platform that brings out the stories in people’s data. It’s our mission to empower people in creating engaging data visualizations that tell a story and resonate with an audience.

Thousands of people use the Infogram platform every day, and the Support team is the face of our product. With over 8 million projects created, we strive to make each user interaction with our tool easy and uplifting. The Customer Service team provides answers to questions and concerns, gathers feedback, and collects product requests. We aim to provide excellent customer service and act as an advocate for our customers’ voice throughout the organization.

As a member of the Infogram Support team you’ll…

  • provide excellent and fast customer service to users all over the world
  • adapt to a shift schedule, and most importantly – evening shifts (16:00 – 23:00 on weekdays)
  • answer user questions in an empathetic way with a real desire to help, and effectively provide accurate answers and solutions to their problems, concerns, and feedback
  • communicate the value that Infogram brings to users and companies
  • be an Infogram ambassador and expert – knowing the ins and outs of the tool
  • collaborate with other Infogram teams to ensure customer and product satisfaction
  • qualify sales opportunities while talking to our users
  • take feedback and improve your performance based on learnings
  • follow and meet your key performance metrics
  • proactively follow product updates and releases

Based in our Riga office, you’ll be reporting to the Infogram Support team manager, Marta Lenkevica.

  • have at least a year of customer support experience
  • have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • have basic web troubleshooting skills
  • are a team player
  • can work independently and manage your time
  • are eager to learn and are open to receiving and implementing feedback
  • feel comfortable handling high-pressure situations
  • are motivated, energetic, and have a good work ethic
  • are enthusiastic about explaining and teaching people how to use Infogram and how they can benefit from the tool
  • are empathetic, can easily step into other people’s shoes and have a positive personality
